Direct Examination Continued 

In wrenching testimony, Jane recounted how her relationship with Sean “Diddy” Combs spiraled into alleged emotional manipulation, coerced sex acts, violent assaults, and threats involving explicit videos.

Jane said she eventually felt like “a side chick and sex worker in my own relationship.” After seeing a triggering post on Instagram, Jane confronted Combs in a message: “Please stop using women for your fetish nights. It creates demons inside of us and real trauma to women who are only doing it to please you. Let that pain on other women stop with me. Hire prostitutes and stop emotionally harming women who love you.”

According to Jane, Combs angrily responded, “You trying to set me up, this is crazy. You’re recording my phone calls?”

Jane testified she had no one else to confide in. “It was just a shameful, dark secret of mine,” she told the court.

In further exchanges, Combs texted her, “Charge me, charge me. I just need you to get over this.” Jane replied, “I was confused and couldn’t concentrate for three years and feel extremely exploited, heartbroken, and manipulated by you.

 In that time, I lost many work opportunities following you around, being high, and coerced into this dark, humiliating lifestyle.”

She continued, “Meanwhile, my peers and colleagues excelled in both meaningful relationships and financial stability, while I turned down work opportunities to cater to all your exhausting fetishes and needs. 

I feel sexually exploited, mentally, and emotionally drained by you.”

Jane demanded $450,000, calculating $100,000 per year for three wasted years, plus 15 months left on their “two-year agreement” covering rent. 

“I want 450K to move on from the resentment of feeling exploited, manipulated, heartbroken, drugged, and all the loss of potential income,” she wrote.

Combs called her on FaceTime, yelling, “F** you, don’t ever text me again,”* Jane testified. She responded, “You made me lose out on everything.” 

Combs shouted back, “F** you. I’m blocking you. Leave me alone, baby girl. You’re a liar. Opportunist. F*** you. I’m calling the police. You trying to make up some crap; I’m clear.”*

Jane told the court Combs threatened to send her sex videos to her child’s father, saying he had “nothing to lose.” Jane contacted Combs’ assistant, Khristina “KK” Khorram, who reassured her: “I understand. Don’t worry. Nothing is going to happen with these tapes.”

Jane described a trip to Las Vegas in January 2024 for a birthday celebration. At dinner, she was shocked to see Antoine, an entertainer from the hotel nights, without Combs. 

Later, Jane and her friend walked into a hotel room where Antoine was having sex in front of onlookers. “There was some little flirtatious banter with the rapper, and then we left. Nothing happened with the rapper,” she testified.

During that time, Jane tried to rebuild her life by starting an OnlyFans account, creating lingerie and swimwear content. She reconnected with Bear, a friend who had hired her in the past to promote his band.

After realizing she was struggling financially, Bear sent her $9,000, telling her she could do what she wanted with it.

Jane described the night of June 18, 2024, when an argument with Combs turned violent. At his rented home, after drinking champagne and tequila, Jane confronted him about allegedly bringing another woman on a trip. 

“I called him a pedophile,” she said, explaining she knew the other woman was over 18 but not 21, and felt Combs’ interest in someone so young was inappropriate.

While Combs bent to tie his shoe, Jane pushed his head into the marble counter. “I was angry. It was a buildup of everything. I kept saying I hated him,” Jane testified. She began throwing candles and glass objects, causing wax to splatter. Fearing escalation, she fled to the master bedroom.

Combs kicked down the master bedroom door, and when Jane ran to the master bathroom, he kicked that door off its hinges as well. She tried to hide in the walk-in closet. “He kicked me from the back of my thigh and I fell. He picked me up by my neck in a choke hold.

 I couldn’t breathe; I was on my tiptoes fighting his grip,” Jane recounted. She eventually escaped barefoot into the night, running six blocks away to hide for two hours.

When she returned home, thinking Combs had left, she found him still there. Jane said Combs dragged her by her hair, kicked and stomped her, and punched her head and face before dragging her into the house, where he assaulted her again in the shower. 

“He told me I wasn’t going to ruin his night. He made me put on makeup and cover my face with my hair,” she said. Combs then insisted they have a “hotel night” at home.

Jane testified that more hotel nights occurred in the months leading up to Combs’ arrest in September 2024.
