Jane Doe 

In harrowing testimony, Jane described an intense and ultimately traumatic relationship with Sean “Diddy” Combs, detailing how a fantasy he introduced early in their relationship spiraled into repeated coerced sexual encounters with other men, ongoing drug use, and financial manipulation.

Jane told the jury she knew Combs was seeing multiple women but remained monogamous herself because “she really liked Mr. Combs.” 

After a trip to Turks and Caicos, Combs began paying for Jane to fly to Miami every other week, and during these visits, she started using drugs with him regularly. Jane testified, “Every time I was with Mr. Combs, I used cocaine, molly, and ecstasy. One time, ketamine.”

She said Combs often sent her “just because” money and financially supported her move, giving her $6,000 to move to Los Angeles in June 2021, where she resided for most of their relationship. 

Their relationship was intense at times; Jane testified she loved Combs and “loved how affectionate and passionate he was in the bedroom.”

But in May 2021, Combs began introducing fantasies that would soon dominate their time together. Jane recalled that Combs shared pornographic videos with her and asked whether she liked what she saw. 

He then told her, “I can make this fantasy a reality. If you’d like to have that happen, I can make it happen.” Jane testified, “I said, okay. He seemed like he wanted that, and it was turning him on. I was really into my partner and said okay.”

When she emerged from the restroom that night, Combs told her, “We can make this happen tonight,” marking the start of what became repeated “hotel nights.” 

Jane described Combs as nude, watching, and directing, often in a positive mood that was “encouraging and sweet.” 

She said Combs insisted they not use protection, telling her the men he brought were “some of the cleanest people,” because they were tested.

Jane initially felt exhilarated by the experience, thinking it was a one-time event or something that might happen occasionally. 

But she testified, “What never occurred to me was that I had opened Pandora’s box. The box couldn’t be closed. That night changed our relationship; it set the tone.”

When asked how often she had sex with other men in front of Combs after May 2021, Jane answered, “90% of the time.”

Jane testified that she never wanted sex with other men. “I just wanted an old-fashioned type of relationship with just me and him,” she said. But within a week of that first hotel night, she faced another. 

Jane explained she participated because “I loved him. I just wanted to make my partner happy and satisfied. It turned him on. I feared losing him.”

Beginning in May 2021, Combs continued arranging “hotel nights,” flying Jane to Miami, New York, and Los Angeles. His travel agent, Jess, coordinated her trips, and Combs covered all travel expenses. 

The hotel suites were often set up with red lights, loud music, alcohol, and surfaces covered with sheets, blankets, and towels to absorb “the excessive use of baby oil everywhere.”

Jane told the jury she repeatedly told Combs she didn’t want to have sex with other men, both verbally and in writing, from late 2021 until his arrest in 2024. But when she brought it up in person, Combs would become dismissive.

The relationship was not public, and during a period when Jane lived on the East Coast, they continued seeing each other. In April 2023, Combs moved Jane into a house she picked out herself, paying $10,000 per month in rent as part of what Jane described as their “love contract.” 

She testified, “I really wanted a beautiful home and to feel more equal.”

However, Jane explained that paying her rent became a form of control. Combs would threaten to cut her off if she didn’t comply with his sexual demands, telling her, “What do you need, three months? I’m not about to pay a woman’s rent.” 

It made Jane feel obligated to perform sexually with other men to keep her housing.

Jane testified that Combs paid her rent from April 4, 2023, up until today.

Throughout her testimony, Jane made clear she was deeply in love with Combs and only wanted a committed relationship with him alone. Instead, she was drawn into a cycle of what she described as escalating sexual abuse, emotional manipulation, and fear of losing the man she loved.
