In emotional testimony, Jane cried on the stand as she described how Sean “Diddy” Combs repeatedly arranged for her to have sex with other men in hotel rooms. 

She recounted one instance when Combs told her he had a “surprise” for her, but instead of a romantic evening, it was a new man. Another hotel night, for Mr. Combs to watch and direct.

Jane testified that the repeated sexual encounters left her with chronic health issues. She said she suffered from yeast infections and urinary tract infections “almost every week,” adding, “It included burning and constant urination.” 

She explained she often took antibiotics to alleviate her symptoms, but on many occasions, she hadn’t fully recovered before being pressured into another hotel night. 

Jane said, “My vagina would become sore 100% of the time.”

She recalled feeling misled by Combs’ promises of intimate time alone. “He would lie to me, and I thought it would be a romantic time for just us,” she testified. 

She said Combs even told her to bring her passport in October 2023, leading her to believe they were going on an international trip. Instead, it was another night at a hotel.

Text messages and app notes from Jane to Combs were introduced as evidence. In one message, Jane wrote, “I don’t want to have sex in these rooms. I felt there was more pressure on me than the others. There was an imbalance. I had to earn basic things for my romance. Love and romance, he was giving it to others; he was clearly capable of it.”

She testified that in October 2023, she asked for a break because she didn’t want to have sex with the other men. A total of eleven men. 

On October 18, 2023, Combs texted Jane saying he was horny and his knees were hurting, then invited her to a “sobriety party” at the hotel. Jane attended but said she didn’t want to take any drugs.

According to Jane, the sobriety party devolved into a “hotel night,” involving three men while Combs watched. Jane described vomiting after sex with two of the men. She recalled Combs telling her, “Good, you threw up, now you’ll feel better.” She then had sex with a man named Anton. 

Jane testified that the longest freak off lasted almost three days, and that these events occurred weekly, often involving multiple men.

Jane said she expressed her distress to Combs afterward, telling him, “I’m not Gina or Cassie.” She testified that Combs responded by texting her, “We were both consenting adults. And we both broke promises,” before threatening her with eviction: “He once again gave me three months to leave the house he was paying the rent on.”

In a reply text, Jane wrote, “You knew I would finish strong, pep talks to keep me performing. I know I was consenting like you said. You know I didn’t want it; this is my truth. I love you very much. I need to take a pause.”

Jane described her reaction when Cassie’s lawsuit against Combs was made public, saying she fainted upon reading it. “There were three pages that were a harrowing resemblance to what I was experiencing,” she sobbed on the stand. “I can’t believe I am reading my own story.”

She testified that she sent Combs a message the next day stating, “Four in one night and now I’m going to the doctor.” 

Three days later, she texted him again: “I feel like I’m reading my own sexual trauma. God finally woke me up about this cycle. You gaslit me.”

Prosecutors played a recording of a phone call between Jane and Combs after Cassie’s lawsuit was filed. On the call, Combs told Jane he loved her and was trying to “stop all this madness.” 

Jane asked, “I don’t know. Who’s there when I close my eyes and have these freaked up things in my head?” Combs responded by asking, “Are you recording me?”

Jane also testified that in February 2024, Combs used her birthday as another setup, promising a celebratory dinner but after giving her ecstasy. Which led to yet another hotel night at his home. 

She further recounted that on two occasions, Combs instructed her to pick up drugs from Khristina Khorram, put them in her suitcase, and fly from Los Angeles to Miami to deliver them directly to him.
